Your order
These terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for a paid annual subscription between Audvera AI, Inc. and your organization. You must be authorized to bind your organization. A paid subscription requires an agreed order form covering access and commercial terms. Reviewing this draft does not place an order.A separately signed agreement or order form takes precedence over conflicting online terms.
Plans and seats
Starter costs $12,000 USD per year and includes up to five active users. Team costs $2,400 USD per purchased seat per year, with a minimum of eight and maximum of 25 seats. Controls and Engagements are included together. The selected plan, seat quantity, annual fee, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. A seat is one active named workspace user; credentials cannot be shared. Features described as unavailable or on the roadmap are not included commitments.
Payment and renewal
The initial annual fee is due as specified in your agreed order form.Your subscription begins when payment is confirmed and renews annually at the disclosed annual rate unless cancelled before renewal. Trial expiry alone does not authorize a charge. Any price change requires notice before renewal; you may cancel before that renewal.Applicable taxes and payment instructions are confirmed in your order form.
Seat changes and cancellation
Additional Team seats require a separate confirmation showing the prorated charge for the remaining annual period. Removing or deactivating a user frees occupied capacity and does not lower the purchased quantity or annual fee. Seat reductions, plan changes, and larger deployments require an agreed order form. Cancellation instructions are confirmed in your agreed order form; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided by an applicable written agreement.
Your information and audit work
Your organization retains ownership of its content. AI results remain drafts requiring qualified human judgment and review. The confidentiality, security, acceptable-use, ownership, liability, dispute, and other provisions of the Terms of Service remain applicable. Contact Audvera before purchase if you require a data processing addendum, security review, purchase order, or negotiated agreement.
